We’re a small studio that believes in fairness, transparency, and treating our customers the way we’d want to be treated. That’s why we offer a 30-day return window — because sometimes things just don’t work out, and that’s okay.

🛍️ How Returns Work

You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.

To qualify for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition you received it

  • Unworn, unused, and unwashed

  • With tags and in the original packaging

  • Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase

🚨 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Item?

Oh no — that’s on us.
If your order arrived damaged, faulty, or isn’t what you ordered, let us know immediately at [email protected] and we’ll make it right.

🚫 Things We Can’t Accept Back

We’d love to take everything, but for safety and hygiene, we can’t accept returns on:

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Beauty or personal care goods

  • Gift cards or final sale items

  • Flammable or hazardous materials (obviously)

The quickest way:

  1. Return the item

  2. Once it’s approved, place a new order for what you’d like instead

This keeps things moving fast, and gives you the best chance to grab your size or style before it sells out.

🇪🇺 EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If you're in the EU, you’re also entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason at all.
Same rules apply: the item must be in its original condition with tags and proof of purchase.

💸 When Will I Get My Refund?

Once your return arrives, we’ll inspect it and email you right away.
If everything checks out, we’ll refund your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note, banks can take a little longer to show it on your account.
